How do we ship your goods?

What is our method of shipping? We use royal mail and we offer 2 options to ship your goods. Any orders over £50 the shipping will be free and we will send it first class for you. (UK ONLY)

Domestic:

Spend over £50 Free 1st Class Shipping

First class - £4.45

Second class - £3.45

Europe:

Tracked Standard International £12.75

USA:

Tracked Standard International £20.85

Canada:

Tracked Standard International £18.75

Australia:

Tracked Standard International £21.35

 

- Any orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same working day.

- Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day.

 

Collection service

If you are local to us you can choose to collect your order from the address provided below. Please allow us 24 hours to process your order. Once you order is ready to be collected we will email you.

21 Days to return

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 21 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Returns instructions

Just return your item with the attached invoice with the reason why you wish to exchange or receive a refund and we will process this within 3 working days once we receive your item. If you would like any more information regarding our returns policy just get in touch we will be happy to help.
