A little message from us… ā¤ļø

Running a small business isn’t just about opening the doors each morning. It’s our livelihood, our passion, and something we’ve poured our hearts into for years.

Recently, we’ve seen a few comments questioning the prices of some of our children’s clothing. We wanted to share our side, not to change anyone’s mind, but simply to offer a little perspective.

The brands we stock are beautiful Spanish and designer children’s clothing that we’ve proudly sold for many years. We don’t make up the prices as we go along or charge what we think we can get away with. We follow the recommended retail prices set by the brands, just as retailers across the country do.

We know that Ā£30 for a children’s outfit isn’t for everyone, and that’s completely okay. Every family has different priorities, different budgets, and different things they choose to spend their money on. That’s what makes shopping a personal choice.

What can be difficult is when people assume that a small business is trying to ā€œrip people off.ā€ The reality couldn’t be further from the truth.

Every item in our shop has been carefully hand-picked because we genuinely love it. We spend countless hours choosing collections, travelling to suppliers, investing in stock months in advance, creating displays, and doing everything we can to offer something a little different. Behind every sale are rent, wages, insurance, card fees, deliveries, and all the everyday costs that come with running a small independent business.

We’re just a husband-and-wife team doing our best to build something we’re proud of. We celebrate every good day, worry through the quiet ones, and work incredibly hard to keep our little business going.

If something isn’t to your taste or within your budget, that’s absolutely fine. We would never judge anyone for choosing to shop elsewhere. We simply hope people can extend that same understanding to us.

With all that being said, we have noticed a real change in the market. Families are understandably being more mindful about what they spend, especially in the current climate, and we completely understand that. It’s something we’ve been talking about for quite some time now.

Because of this, we’ve made the difficult decision to stop stocking some of the brands we currently sell. Not because we don’t love them, but because we want to make sure we’re offering something that works for as many families as possible.

This has also been a huge part of the inspiration behind creating our very own brand. Our goal is to offer beautifully designed, timeless pieces with that same luxury feel, but at a more affordable price point. We’re so excited about what’s to come and can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all.

As always, thank you for being part of our journey and for supporting our little family business every step of the way. ā¤ļø

To every single person who has walked through our door, bought from us, recommended us, or even stopped for a chat—thank you. Your support allows our small business to keep doing what we love, and we’ll never take that for granted.

Please remember that behind every small business is a person, or in our case, a family. A little kindness and understanding can mean more than you know. ā¤ļø
