14 Days to return

We are happy to offer a credit note or exchange any item within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Just return your item with the attached invoice with the reason why you wish to exchange or receive a refund and we will process this within 3 working days once we receive your item. If you would like any more information regarding our returns policy just get in touch we will be happy to help.

Sale items

There is no refund or credit note available on sale items.

Due to the numerous brands sold on our website, sizes will differ based each brands design and interpretation.  Please make sure you make the relevant enquiries prior to purchase to ensure the sizing is correct.
